2001 8th Annual IRCHA Heli Jamboree
Formerly called Heli Internationals, it’s the same great event held at a new site, the AMA National Headquarters in Muncie, Indiana. This year there were over 150 pilots and over 200 copters. Features include: Jeff Green’s Freya, Kerry Muncy’s Long Ranger, Dabling Harward’s Raptor 60, Larry Bergen’s Video Observer, Ralph Buxnowitz’ electric 3-D machine, James Flynn’s Bell 47G, Vernon Barrett’s Millennium and Barron Guss’ turbine powered heli. There’s also and lots of night flying as well as 3-D acrobatics. It’s One Heli of an event!
