Our 5th TOC program in this decade and the last TOC of the Millennium...and it’s a good one! We’ve picked the best flights from over 18 hours of raw footage and assembled them into a 3 hour and 40 minute 2 volume Mega-Program. This year there were 19 contestants battling it out for their share of the $180,000 Purse. There were 2 cuts, the first narrowing the field to 14 competitors and the second resulting in 7 finalists. In Volume 1 we feature those pilots who finished in 8th through 19th place. We also show you the 2 most talked about freestyle flights of the Preliminaries; Somenzini’s banner tow and McMurtry touching the ground with his rudder to end his routine. Volume 2 covers the Finals with more emphasis on the fierce competition, particularly between Somenzini and Hyde. We interview every contestant and and show you the highlights of the noontime entertainment including the incredible aerobatics of Patty Wagstaff. You’ll join us for the awards presentations and interviews with the winners.
